to BLUE MOUNTAIN CATTLE DRIVE'S Homepage. We are located just north west
of Cedar City, Ut. in Beaver County. Our ranch is in the Blue Mountains
of Southern Utah. This is the area that the famous outlaw Butch Cassidy
came from. In fact there are members of our team that are descendents of
this outlaw.Western Cattle Drives The ranch program includes all the standard guest ranch services and activities such as lodging, meals, trailrides, cattle drives, and other ranch chores that will give you a real taste of the old west. This is a real western experience, no T.V., tennis courts or saunas. Just good ole western fun and beautiful sunsets. Western Cattle Drives  We
meet in Cedar City at the Iron State Park where we will see all types of
early western transportation. Then we will leave for the Blue Mountain Ranch,
which is located in the Blue Mountains of Southern Utah 40 miles Northwest
of Cedar City. When you arrive at the ranch you will pick out your horse
and your wrangler will teach you how to saddle, ride and care for your horse.
You will then have time to practice in the riding area before the cattle
round-up.Western Cattle Drives This vacation is a real outdoor adventure. The following activities will be available to you: Horseback riding, Campfire singing, Cattle driving, Western entertainment, Cattle roping, Old mine exploration, Skeet and target shooting, Black powder shooting, Wildlife viewing-(elk, deer, antelope and wild horses), Chuck wagon dinners. |
